Inca-Eco Tour!!!!

Well finally!!! It’s our turn to host this Inca-Eco blog tour! And now, it’s a FIESTA!!!!Cha cha cha cha cha-boom!Cha cha cha cha cha-boom!! Okay, are ya dancin’ yet???
Because we’re really celebrating this Inca Eco stuff I’m tellin’ ya. If you’ve been following the blog tour, you’ve already heard all about  the highlights of this yarn:
** Soft as a baby’s butt -- actually, perfect for wrapping around a baby’s butt!
** Thick & thin -- great for knitting newbies, ‘cuz it hides any, uh, "irregular stitches;"
** GREAT colors (coming up: some awesome 3-color combos, stay tuned);
** And of course, the most important attributes: Organic! and from the great folks at Galler!!
But you knew all that! Because you’ve been taking the tour!

Now for our contribution:
Review-wise, you can already tell we love this yarn, and you can probably also already tell that we’re a little nutty around here. And here’s the thing about Inca-Eco -- precisely because it’s thick & thin, it makes crazy stripes which wriggle and pop! Not your prim & proper color-between-the-lines type of stripes, your FIESTA PARTY stripes! Which are great for adults, but especially super for kids! Here’s an example for a little girl:

Ooooh how cute can you get??
This pattern is called “Chloe”, a leaflet from Never Not Knitting ($5.50). A quick, cropped, top-down cardi with a super-cute ruffle at the bottom, plus offset buttons which add a bit more whimsy! Oh so cute in the Inca Eco!

And we could NOT ignore the little boys in our world! So here’s a little vest in a 3-stripe blue colorway, with the whimsy added as a turned-diagonal one-stripe pocket.
What a super-fun, quick knit!!

This pattern is actually free with your purchase of the yarn, (size roomy-2 years only at the moment)-- or use any great vest pattern and throw in something whimsical of your own! Go on, you can do it -- if you need inspiration, try dancing around a little -- let go!! Revel! -- and you’ll come up with something cute! But lemme tell ya, little boys do love pockets!
By the way, I had lots and lots of yarn left over from both of these projects -- I’m inspired by all you “tour-eestahs” ha-ha-ha, to do a funky granny square baby blanket with what’s left! Yeah!!
And yes, we have a fantastic supply of Inca-Eco right now, in the full spectrum of colors -- ($11.99) so if you’re looking for some, give us a call. And thanks, Marie, for organizing the tour!!And thanks, Star, for providing this great yarn! And I’d like to thank my loyal staff for their blah blah blah blah blah blah blah....
